  • You must have your Requisition Number with you before you have your sample taken.
  • Walk in STD Testing centers are Specimen Collection centers staffed by Certified Phlebotomists and Lab Technicians
  • Testing must be Prepaid
  • An additional Sample draw fee of $9 is applied to the cost of the STD Tests.
